We stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel recently and had an exceptional experience. The location of this place is fantastic, as it is close to the central area of Kadikoy, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff here are very friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even changed our room within a minute when we realized we needed a non-smoking room. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean, providing us with enhanced comfort.

We loved the hotel's convenient location close to both the bus station and train station. Transportation was easily accessible from here. The staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the cleanliness and breakfast provided.

The hotel was located in a great area, close to the ferry and airport express bus stop, making it easy to travel around. the price was very affordable for the basic amenities provided. The room, though small, was clean and had a comfortable bed.
The shared bathroom lacked hangers to hang towels and toilet paper and there was no staff to help with carrying baggage upstairs. , the noise level and cigarette smoke were a disturbance.

The bathroom facilities are limited, with only one toilet and shower per floor.

We chose this budget hotel for its location to the airport shuttle bus and ferry to the historic center. It's right next to the bus station and there are options for buses to the SAW airport. the staff was friendly and flexible with room changes upon request.
The shower area was not well designed and the water ended up all over the bathroom making it slippery and messy.
